Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution amends the adopted 2016 capital budget for the Stormwater Utility by transferring $995,000 of budget authority from the Willow Creek Improvements (MUNIS 10336) project within the Inter-Municipal Stormwater Management major into the Willow Creek Treatment Structure (Munis 10416) project within the TMDL Compliance major. The funding consists of $375,000 from Dane County and $620,000 of GO borrowing. There will be sufficient budget authority in the Willow Creek Treatment Structure (Munis 10416) project for the contract award with the authorization of the proposed resolution.

The proposed resolution also awards the specified contract in the amount of $1,329,270.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 39.02 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions and subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 33.07 of the Madison General Ordinances regarding Best Value Contracting:
