Fiscal Note
In the adopted 2016 capital budget Engineering - Facilities Management has budgeted $1.05 million for the Park Facilities Improvement program (MUNIS 10564) which provides for enhancements to the City’s Parks facilities. The minor project for the Esther Beach Restroom improvements are budgeted within this program with sufficient budget authority for the work specified in this contract. Funding is provided by GO borrowing.
The proposed resolution awards the contract at an estimated cost of $463,200.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 39.02 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions and subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 33.07 of the Madison General Ordinances regarding Best Value Contracting:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein.
