Fiscal Note
In the adopted 2016 Capital Budget the Streets Division has budgeted $385,325 for the replacement of facility grounds components at the various vehicle bay sites under the Streets Minor Building Improvements and Repairs program (MUNIS 11001). This program has sufficient funding for the proposed work in this resolution. Funding is provided by GO borrowing.
The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the Wash Bay Renovation project at an estimated cost of $200,000.

Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Wash Bay Renovation, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
