Body

WHEREAS, Mayor Soglin has appointed Norman D. Davis to the position of Civil Rights Director and has recommended to the Common Council that his appointment be confirmed; and

WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Davis,

NOW THEREFORE, be resolved that Mr. Davis's appointment to the position of Civil Rights Director is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and the City Clerk’s office are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Davis.
