DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    This ordinance rezones property located at 7902 Watts Road from A (Agricultural) District to TR-U1 (Traditional Residential - Urban 1) District to construct a  residential building complex with 156 apartments in 2 buildings.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00249 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00249.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-U1 (Traditional Residential - Urban 1) District:

 

Lot 8, Ganser Heights, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, Containing 244,363.76 Square Feet or 5.61 Acres.”
