Madison Parks staff proposes the following conditions for the Board of Park Commissioners consideration:
• The temporary installation and staking of the project will not be permitted on the Great Lawn. The temporary installation will be allowed near the plaza area to the north of the bikepath adjacent to the drinking fountain. The plaza and bikepath shall be protected to prevent any damage. Damages to the plaza or bikepath will be repaired by City staff and billed back to the Applicant on a time and materials basis.
• The location and duration of the temporary installation shall be at the discretion of the Parks Operations Manager; if the location becomes problematic, it may require relocation or removal before October 17th.
• Painting of the structures and skateboards shall occur off-site; if the Applicant wishes to pursue holding a painting workshop in Central Park, the Applicant must comply with all conditions and pay the appropriate fees to obtain a permit for this event.
