The Historic Blooming Grove Historical Society has requested to install a wooden identification sign at the Nathaniel & Harriet Dean House, located at the Monona Grove Golf Course. The sign installation must comply with the conditions of the existing property lease and will be located within the leased area. The installation of the sign will require approval by the Landmarks Commission following the approval by the Board of Park Commissioners. The Applicant will be required to obtain written approval by the City’s Community and Economic Development Unit Director and the sign will meet all requirements of the zoning code prior to the installation.
