Adding Wisconsin Chapter - Percussive Arts Society as the fiscal agent for Anthony DiSanza’s project: 2017 Wisconsin Day of Percussion.

Body

WHEREAS the Common Council approved the 2016 Art Grant Program awards on May 3, 2016 (Resolution No. 42506, RES-16-003301); and

WHEREAS Anthony DiSanza will utilize the Wisconsin Chapter - Percussive Arts Society to be the fiscal agent of his $1,000.00 grant award with DiSanza completing the project work.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council hereby approves Wisconsin Chapter - Percussive Arts Society to be the fiscal agent for Anthony DiSanza’s project: 2017 Wisconsin Day of Percussion as follows, " Wisconsin Chapter - Percussive Arts Society on behalf of Anthony DiSanza " and authorizes the Planning Division Director, the Finance Director, and City Attorney to execute a grant agreement on behalf of the City.
