Fiscal Note

In the adopted 2016 capital budget Fleet Service has budgeted $2.28 million for the design and construction of a new comprehensive Fleet facility at Nakoosa Trail (MUNIS 10305). The funding for this project consists of reauthorized GO borrowing from 2015 appropriations.

 

The proposed resolution approves plan documents to receive bids for the Cub Foods HAZMAT abatement at an estimated cost of $30,000.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for Cub Foods HAZMAT Abatement, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
