Fiscal Note
Funding of $660.00 for the Lerdahl Park Neighborhood Association project and funding of $5,000.00 for the Regent Neighborhood Association, Inc. project was previously approved via Resolution No. 42254, RES-16-00285 on April 19, 2016. This Resolution authorizes a change in the fiscal agents. No additional appropriation is required.

Body
WHEREAS the Common Council approved the 2016 Neighborhood Grant Program awards on April 19, 2016 (Resolution No. 42254, RES-16-00285). A copy of approved awards and conditions are attached; and
WHEREAS the Lerdahl Park Neighborhood Association (LPNA) will utilize the Northside Planning Council, Inc. to be the fiscal agent of their $660.00 grant award with LPNA completing project work in adherence to the Conditions/Comments of the adopted recommendations; and the Regent Neighborhood Association, Inc. (RNA) will utilize 1,000 Friends of Wisconsin, Inc. as its fiscal agent for its $5,000.00 grant award with RNA completing project work in adherence to the Conditions/Comments of the adopted recommendations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council hereby approves Northside Planning Council, Inc. to be the fiscal agent for the LPNA project as follows, "Northside Planning Council, Inc. on behalf of the Lerdahl Park Neighborhood Association", and 1,000 Friends of Wisconsin, Inc. to be the fiscal agent for the RNA project as follows, “1,000 Friends of Wisconsin, Inc. on behalf of Regent Neighborhood Association, Inc.”, and that these organizations must adhere to the conditions made by the Planning Division and authorizes the Planning Division Director, Comptroller and City Attorney to execute a grant agreement on behalf of the City.
