I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments.
ROOM TAX COMMISSION
TOM ZIARNIK (1st A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of Hotel/Motel Industry Representative. Mr. Ziarnik is the General Manager of the Doubletree Hotel Madison. He is a member of the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center Board as well as the Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Monona Terrace Booking Event Assistance Advisory Committee
SALLY MILEY (19th A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Miley served six years on the Madison Common Council. She is a former mayoral aide, having served under Mayor Soglin from 1991-1997 and again from 2011-2014. Ms. Miley has been active with numerous organizations and currently sits on the boards of the Madison Opera and the Madison Senior Center Foundation.

GLENN KRIEG (19th A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Krieg is the Chief Financial Officer for Morgan Murphy Media. He served as the chair of the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center Board for three years.

SYLVIA MOSS (16th A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Moss is a retired Human Resources Analyst, having worked for the City of Madison for 33 years. She is active in the community working with both the Second Harvest Food Bank and the Mount Zion Food Pantry.
