Fiscal Note

The 2016 capital budget includes $1,676,000 for Park Land Improvements (MUNIS Project 17421).  The project is funded by $916,000 in GO Borrowing and $760,000 in impact fees, donations, and other restricted sources.  The proposed resolution will authorize $41,530 for the Gardner Park Tennis to Pickleball Court Conversion.

Budget authority is available in account 17435-51-130.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 39.02 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions and subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 33.07 of the Madison General Ordinances regarding Best Value Contracting:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein.
