Title

Amending Resolution RES-16-00218, File Number 41955. Private Contract No. 7652 (2nd AD) approving plans and specifications for public improvements necessary for the project known as Stone House - 1000 E Washington Ave and authorizing construction to be undertaken by the Developer, in order to allow an entity name change. 

Body

WHEREAS, the developer, 1000 NEW, LLC has received the City of Madison's conditional approval to demolish three existing commercial buildings to allow construction of an 11-story mixed use building; and,

 

WHEREAS, Section 16.23(9) of the Madison General Ordinances and the conditions of approval require the developer to install the public improvements necessary to serve the development.

 

WHEREAS, the developer received approval of the project on March 21, 2016 by Resolution RES-16-00218, File Number 41955.

 

WHEREAS, the developer has requested that the entity name be changed to 1010 Residential, LLC.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Developer referenced in Resolution RES-16-00218, File Number 41955, is amended from 1000 NEW, LLC to 1010 Residential, LLC.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other provisions of the Resolution RES-16-000218 remain in full force and effect.
