Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for park paving projects at five parks. Budget authority is available in the Parks Division 2016 Adopted Capital Budget in the Park Land Improvements project. The project costs and corresponding accounts are as follows:
17429-51-200:54250 (999402): $105,000 Aldo Leopold and Rimrock Park
17423-51-200:54250 (999402): $110,000 Cardinal Glenn Park
17428-51-200:54250 (999402):$30,000 Westmorland Park
17437-51-200:54250 (999402): $5,000 Village Park
The total estimated project cost is $250,000.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for 2016 Park Paving, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
