DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    This amendment will rezone the property located at 437 West Mifflin Street from PD (SIP) Planned Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District to DR-2 (Downtown Residential 2) District as part of a project, which demolishes 2 two-family dwellings and 1 single-family dwelling to construct a 46-unit apartment building on property addressed as 427-437 W. Mifflin Street.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00213 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00213.  The following described property is hereby zoned DR-2 (Downtown Residential 2) District:

 

All of Lot 3, Block 43, Original Plat of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 10,890 square feet or 0.25 acres.”
