Title
Amending Sections 12.1335(2) and (4)(c) of the Madison General Ordinances to expand the boundaries of the “Snow Emergency Zone.”
Body
DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This amendment expands the area that the City defines as the “Snow Emergency Zone.” The previous southern border of the Snow Emergency Zone ended with Regent Street and Proudfit Street. This amendment extends the southern border of the Snow Emergency Zone to the northern border of Brittingham Park. This will exempt additional streets from alternate-side parking restrictions unless a Snow Emergency is declared.
