DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This amendment rezones property located at 1917 Lake Point Drive from TR-V1 (Traditional Residential - Varied 1) District to TR-U1 (Traditional Residential - Urban 1) District to allow demolition of a community center and construction of 12 townhouse units in two buildings.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00205 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00205. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-U1 (Traditional Residential - Urban 1) District:
Lots 3, 4, and 5 of Pearson Replat of Part of Block 4, Hoboken Beach in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 38,070 square feet or 0.874 acres.”
