DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:   This amendment rezones property located at 503 Schewe Road from Temp A (Temporary Agricultural) District  to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential - Urban 1) District to allow future creation of 45 single-family lots and 1 outlot for public stormwater management and greenway purposes with The Willows II (aka First Addition to the Willows) subdivision plat

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00206 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00206.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential - Consistent 1) District:

 

All of Lot 4 of CSM 6407 being part of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼  of Section 21, T07N, R08E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 755,439 square feet or 17.342 acres.”
