and amending Section 1.08(3)(a) to establish a bail deposit for this section.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This amendment clarifies the definition of law enforcement officer used in this section.  It also provides a non-exclusive list of law enforcement agencies that commonly conduct business inside the City of Madison.  The amendment also creates a bail deposit schedule for violations of this ordinance.
