DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance rezones properties located at 10202-10304 Valley View Road from Temp A (Temporary Agriculture) District to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District and PR (Parks and Recreation) District to create 139 single-family lots, 6 outlots for future development, 3 outlots for public stormwater  management, 3 public outlots for walkways and 1 outlot for a public park.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

1.                     Map Amendment 00158 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

28.022-00193.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A (Temporary Agriculture) District and added to the SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District.

 

Part of Lots 1 and 2, Certified Survey Map No. 6411, recorded in Volume 31 of Certified Survey Maps on pages 130-132 as Document Number 2263876, Dane County Registry, located in the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 28 and in the NE1/4 and the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 29, T7N, R8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin to-wit:
