Title

Accepting sanitary sewer and storm sewer constructed by Private Contract In 5555 High Crossing Boulevard, Private Contract No. 2215.

Body

WHEREAS, Wilde Family Limited Partnership has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer and storm sewer by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  5555 High Crossing Boulevard.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer and storm sewer be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
