This resolution amends the 2015 Engineering- Major Streets Capital Budget to include work to be done on Felland Road for the Town of Burke which costs will be reimbursed by the Town of Burke.

Preamble
The City of Madison and the Town of Burke have scheduled the resurfacing of Felland Road from CTH T (Commercial Avenue) to Lien Road. A portion of the Felland Road Right of Way currently is split between the Town of Burke and the City of Madison. The street will be resurfaced with three inches of asphalt pavement under City contract. The Town of Burke and the City of Madison will each be responsible for the cost to resurface their share of Felland Road.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications are approved and the Board of Public Works is authorized to advertise and receive bids for Felland Road Resurfacing - 2015.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Town of Burke for cost sharing for the project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 2015 Engineering- Major Streets Capital Budget is hereby amended to increase the Budget Authority in Pavement Management, Project #5 by $155,000 for work to be done on Felland Road for the Town of Burke and reimbursed by the Town of Burke.
