The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00181 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00181. The following described property is hereby rezoned to CC-T (Commercial Corridor - Transitional) District:
A parcel of land located in SW1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 26, T8N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County Wisconsin to-wit:
