Title
Amending Section 28.151 of the Madison General Ordinances to allow the adaptive reuse of buildings originally constructed as places of worship.
Body
DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  Currently, the zoning code allows for the adaptive reuse of buildings originally constructed as public schools and municipal buildings.  This is allowed either with the approval of the Director of Planning and Community and Economic Development (if the building is going to be used for one of the enumerated purposes), or through the conditional use process (if the building's proposed use is as business or professional offices).  This amendment will add buildings originally constructed as places of worship to the types of buildings that may be adaptively reused.
