DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance updates the Madison General Ordinances through June 15, 2015.  In lieu of referring this ordinance to the subsequent Common Council meeting, we are requesting the Common Council adopt this revision ordinance under suspension of the rules.  This procedural change will make the new MGO text available to the public more quickly.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
All of Revision No. 291 of the Madison General Ordinances, as of June 15, 2015, incorporating the changes made by Ordinance Numbers ORD-15-00029 through ORD-15-00061 are hereby adopted in its entirety and Volumes I, II, III and IV as revised through June 15, 2015 be confirmed in all respects.  
Revision No. 291 is published in pamphlet form by direction of the Common Council of the City of Madison, in accordance with Wis. Stat. § 66.0103.
