Body
The parties, the City of Madison ("City") and Engberg Anderson Architects ("Architect" or "Contractor") have been selected through the "Request for Qualifications" process and "Final Interview" process, and is the final selected candidate in accordance with MGO Section 4.26 of Madison General Ordinances and in accordance with APM No. 3-3 of Administrative Procedure Memorandum.
 
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that City staff and the consultant team are hereby authorized to proceed with programming, space planning, and schematic design for Midtown Station at 4018 Mineral Point Road, Madison, WI, and
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are herby authorized to execute a contract between the City of Madison and Meyer Engberg Anderson Architects in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, to provide professional architectural and engineering design services for the work as described above.
