Relating to 2015-2017 Commercial Quadricycle Licensure of Capitol Pedicycle dba Trolley Pub.
Body
WHEREAS, Capitol Pedaler has a new owner and the former owner's Commercial Quadricyle license and permits are non-transferable;
 
WHEREAS, the following company has purchased the Capitol Pedaler's assets and has applied for a new Commercial Quadricycle license, effective July 1, 2015:
 
Capitol Pedicycle dba Trolley Pub (formerly Capitol Pedaler), requesting two Commercial Quadricycle permits;
 
WHEREAS, the Traffic Engineer has provided the Transit and Parking Commission with an investigative report on the applications and a recommendation to grant the license;
 
WHEREAS, the Common Council recommends that the following actions be taken with respect to the above application for license:
 
Approval of the application for license to operate a Commercial Quadricycle company license by the new owner, Capitol Pedicycle dba Trolley Pub, and for two Commercial Quadricycle vehicle permits.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following licenses are issued, subject to the provisions and conditions as stated above and the ordinances of the City of Madison:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed to issue the licenses authorized by this resolution upon the filing of personal liability and property damage indemnity as required by the Madison General Ordinances, upon filing of a schedule of fares applying to each license so granted as required by said ordinance, and upon registering with the City Clerk the identity of the owner of such licensed commercial quadricycle, and upon meeting the conditions as set forth above.
