RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MADISON, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN

PREAMBLE

WHEREAS, on February 3, 2015, RES-15-00100, File ID 36804, the City of Madison Common Council established an assessment district known as the Turner Avenue Reconstruction Assessment District - 2015; and,

WHEREAS, on April 21, 2015, RES-15-00329, File ID 37768, the City of Madison Common Council approved Plans, Specifications, and Schedule of Assessments for Turner Avenue Assessment District - 2015; and,

WHEREAS, acquisition of public land interests are required to accomplish the proposed reconstruction of Turner Avenue public street and sidewalk improvements; and,

WHEREAS, the City of Madison Office of Real Estate Services Division of the Economic Development Division has established a Master File / Project No. 10774 to facilitate and administer acquisition of required land interests to construct the necessary public improvements associated with the reconstruction of Turner Avenue; and

WHEREAS, attached hereto and made part of this resolution is a City of Madison Relocation Order titled “Plat of land interests required for the construction and maintenance of improvements for Turner Avenue located in part of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Sec. 16, T 7 N, R 10 E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.” dated April 27, 2014; and,

WHEREAS, this Relocation Order identifies any necessary public land interest areas of acquisition as shown on the City of Madison Relocation Order Map and Schedule of Land Interests ...
