WHEREAS, Premium Real Estate, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  Grandview Commons - Phase 14
 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
 
 
That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
 
 
·      Apollo Way from the west line of Lot 605 to the north plat line
·      Lisa Ann Drive from Apollo Way to the north line of Lot 611
·      Jupiter Drive from the north east line of Lot 605 to the north line of Lot 597
 
 
 
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2077  $ 40,392.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
