Body

WHEREAS, Mayor Soglin has appointed David C. Dryer to the position of City Traffic Engineer and Parking Manager and has recommended to the Common Council that his appointment be confirmed; and

WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Dryer,

NOW THEREFORE, be resolved that David C. Dryer's appointment to the position of City Traffic Engineer and Parking Manager is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and the City Clerk's office are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Dryer.
