Hiestand Ridge Path in Hiestand Park

City Engineering is proposing to construct a bike / pedestrian path connecting the existing Marsh View path to the west with neighborhoods north of Highway 30. The path would go through the northern portion of Hiestand park, which is currently conservation parkland. It will cross over HWY 30 with a new bridge and land on currently-vacant land north of the highway. The concept might also ultimately include a path connection to the south through Hiestand Park, though this is not a necessary component. The overall concept and a more detailed view of Hiestand Park is shown on the attached PDFs.
