DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:    This amendment will rezone property at 2615 Stevens Street from TR-C2 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 2) District to TR-C4 (Traditional Residential - Consistent 4) District in order to convert an existing Multi-Family Dwelling to a Three-Unit Dwelling.

Map Amendment 00166 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
 
"28.022-00166.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-C4 (Traditional Residential - Consistent  4) District:
 
Lot 9, Block 2, Highland Park, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 5158 square feet or 0.12 acres.
