Accepting a Report of the Fire Chief on Cross Jurisdictional Dispatching.

Body

WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted Resolution, Legislative File No. 36085 on December 2, 2014 requesting a report from the City of Madison Fire Chief on the prospects for cross-jurisdictional dispatch or border dropping; and,

WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has completed his report for review by the Public Safety Review Committee, Common Council Organizational Committee, the Board of Estimates and the Mayor and Common Council,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council accepts the findings contained in the final Report of the Fire Chief on Cross Jurisdictional Dispatching.
