PREAMBLE
 
WHEREAS,
 
The City of Madison has scheduled the resurfacing of Hanson Road from Stoughton Road to Manufacturers Drive.  The Street will be widened to 30 feet to install bike lanes on both sides of the road and will be resurfaced with three inches of asphalt pavement.
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications for Hanson Road Resurfacing - 2015 are hereby approved, and
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right of way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
