DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:   This ordinance changes the zoning at properties located at 1 and 9 Cherbourg Court from SR-V2 (Suburban Residential - Varied 2) District to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential - Consistent 3) District.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00160 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the TR-C3 (Traditional Residential - Consistent 3) District:
 
All of Lots 20 and 21, Heather Downs West, as Recorded in Volume 50 of Plats, on Pages 12-13, as Document  Number 1596200, Dane County Registry, located in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 07 North, Range 08 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin containing 1.11 acres.
