Body

This resolution adds Summit Credit Union as a qualified public depository for public monies controlled by the City Treasurer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Summit Credit Union as a qualified public depository pursuant to Chapter 34 of the Wisconsin State Statutes and shall be and is hereby designated until further action, as a public depository for monies coming into the hands of City Treasurer of the City of Madison, Wisconsin.

BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, that any withdrawal or disbursement from Summit Credit Union shall be by order, check or transfer order as provide in Wis. Stat. Stat. § 66.067; and checks shall be signed by one of the following persons: City Treasurer and City Clerk; and shall be honored.

BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLIVED, the Mayor, Clerk or other City officers may execute all documents to carry this resolution into effect.
