WHEREAS Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. is a professional consulting firm qualified to complete this type of work and,

WHEREAS it has been determined that Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. submitted the best qualified proposal for this project,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into an agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for consulting engineering services for the Willow Creek Environmental Impact Assessment.
