DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This amendment clarifies that the definition of Machinery Equipment Sales and Service includes the outdoor display of inventory.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Section 28.211 entitled "Definitions" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by amending herein the following:
"Machinery Equipment Sales and Service. An establishment providing wholesale or retail sales or rental of industrial, construction and/or agricultural equipment, including storage, maintenance, and may also include inventory display, maintenance, servicing or repair."
