DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  Rezone property located at 1910 Tennyson Lane from SR-C1 District to SR-V2 District to provide zoning for residential building complex containing 72 apartment units in 2 buildings.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00154 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the SR-V2 (Suburban Residential-Varied 2) District:
"Part of Lot 3, Dane County Certified Survey Map #13716 located in the Northeast and Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 8 North, Range 10 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin described as follows:
Commencing at the North Quarter Corner of said Section 30; thence N87°59'37"W, 886.41 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Certified Survey Map # 13716; thence continuing N87°59'37"W, 60.07 feet point of beginning; thence S00°50'12"W, 482.17 feet; thence N87°50'02"W, 309.78 feet; thence S02°09'58"W, 105.00 feet to the northerly right-of-way of Tennyson Lane; thence along said northerly right-of-way of Tennyson Lane, N87°50'02"W, 15.00 feet; thence N02°09'58"E, 100.00 feet; N87°50'02"W, 80.40 feet to the easterly right-of-way of Eliot Lane; thence along said easterly right-of-way of Eliot Lane, N02°16'05"E, 56.07 feet; thence along said easterly right-of-way of Eliot Lane and the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 170.00 feet and a central angle of 16°43'55", Northeasterly 67.17 feet, the long cord of which bears N10°38'03"E 49.47 feet; thence along said easterly right-of-way of Eliot Lane, N19°00'00"E, 163.15 feet; thence along said easterly right-of-way of Eliot Lane and the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 230.00 feet and a central angle 16°43'55", Northeasterly 67.17 feet, the long cord of which bears N10°38'03"E, 66.93 feet; thence along said easterly right-of-way of Eliot Lane, N02°16'05"E, 158.28 feet; thence S87°59'37"E, 344.38 feet to the point of beginning.  Said parcel contains 171,550 square feet or 3.94 acres more or less."
