RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MADISON, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN

PREAMBLE

WHEREAS, on November 18, 2014 the City of Madison Common Council approved the 2015 Capital Budget; and,

WHEREAS, included in that 2015 Capital Budget was Engineering Project No. 53W1837 - Tompkins Drive from Monona Dr to Joylynne Dr Improvements; and,

WHEREAS, necessary funds are included in the 2015 Capital Improvement Program, Engineering-Major Streets, Project #01, Rural to Urban Streets; and,

WHEREAS, acquisition of various public land interests are required to accomplish the proposed reconstruction of Tompkins Dr public street and sidewalk improvements; and,

WHEREAS, attached hereto and made part of this resolution is a City of Madison Relocation Order titled “Plat of land interests required for the construction and maintenance of improvements for Tompkins Drive located in part of the NW ¼ and NE ¼ of Sec. 21, T 7 N, R 10 E, City of Madison, Dane County, WI.” dated November 24, 2014; and,

WHEREAS, this Relocation Order identifies any necessary public land interest areas of acquisition as shown on the City of Madison Relocation Order Map and Schedule of Land Interests Required for Tompkins Drive public improvements; and,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,
