Body
WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous surface improvements by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction for: Linden Park - Phase  3.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
 
1. That the bituminous surface improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
 
 
·      Sundance Drive from Valley View Road to Ancient Oak Lane.
·      Silkwood Trail from the east line of Lot 64 to the east plat line.
·      Ancient Oak Drive from the east line of Lot 18 to the east plat line, including sidewalk on the north side of Outlot 4.  
·      Snowberry Lane from Color Peak Road to Sundance Drive.
·      Hollybush Lane from the east line of Lot 45 to Sundance Drive.
·      Color Peak Road from the north line of Lot 37 to Ancient Oak Lane.  
 
·      Alley Outlot 7 from the westerly line of Lot 92 to Color Peak Drive.
 
 
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2078  $ 63,980.88 for a useful life of 40 years.
