The 2015 Adopted Operating budget includes $33,000 in additional General Fund revenues derived from the fee increases, which will offset the expense of additional compliance-related staff resources. No additional appropriation is required.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance increases certain fees for weights and measures. The fee increases proposed in this ordinance were anticipated by the 2014 budget approved by the Common Council.
