Fiscal Note
This is an agreement that provides for the reimbursement by St. Mary's Hospital to Metro Transit for all fixed route and ADA paratransit trips provided by Metro Transit to St. Mary's Hospital employees and volunteers during the contract term. Metro Transit shall be reimbursed at the rate of $1.15 per ride for fixed route trips and the per ride paratransit rate in effect at the time the ride is taken for paratransit trips for the first year of the agreement (January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015) and the per ride rate in the then current fare tariff at the time the ride is taken for all rides during the second year of the agreement (January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016) if the option is exercised. Metro has included estimated revenue of $26,000 in its 2015 operating budget for this agreement. Estimated revenue will be included in Metro's operating budget for each additional year of the agreement.
