Accepting bituminous surface improvements constructed by private contract in Secret Places at Siggelkow Preserve - Phase 5, Private Contract 2155.
Body
WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods South, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous surface improvements by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction for: Secret Places at Siggelkow Preserve - Phase 5
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That the bituminous surface improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
· Bellingrath Street from the south line of Lot 11(existing street) to the north line of Lot 16.
· Matson Court
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2155 $14,732.89 for a useful life of 40 years.
