I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Statement of Interest forms are on file, where applicable.
COMMISSION ON PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
ALLISON L. MILLER (7th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Miller is the Associate Director, Media Advocacy for the central region of the American Cancer Society. She succeeds Nola J. Contrucci.

STEPHANIE A. HARRILL (6th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Harrill is a social worker and serves as the Program Coordinator for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Morgridge Center for Public Service. She succeeds William J. Tangney.

GREG L. ROSENBERG (6th A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of Second Alternate. Mr. Rosenberg is a business development manager with the Jones Payne Group. He has served as executive director of the Housing Council of Dane County, Braille Planet and the Madison Area Community Land Trust. He previously served on the City's Housing Committee. Mr. Rosenberg succeeds Russ Whitesel.

PUBLIC SAFETY REVIEW COMMITTEE
SARA E. ESKRICH (13th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Citizen Member. Ms. Eskrich is currently a graduate student in Public Health and Public Affairs. In addition, she is a project assistant with the UW-Population Health Institute. She volunteers with several organizations including the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign and the Wisconsin Alliance for Women's Health. Ms. Eskrich succeeds Jane Earl.

SUSTAINABLE MADISON COMMITTEE
ZACHARY T. SCHUSTER (4th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of Member. Mr. Schuster currently holds the First Alternate position and has served since 11-19-2013. He succeeds David A. Albino.

CHELSEA M. CHANDLER (13th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of Member. Ms. Chandler currently holds the Second Alternate position and has served since 1-21-2014. She succeeds Lou Host-Jablonski.
