Paterson Street (6th AD).
Body
WHEREAS, Madison Water Utility entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Mead and Hunt on August 2, 2013 for Pre-Design and Alternative Development Services; and

WHEREAS, Mead and Hunt have completed the preliminary analysis and alternative development for the project and the Utility has elected to proceed with the reconstruction of the Paterson Facility on the existing site; and

WHEREAS, based on the selected conceptual alternative Madison Water Utility has negotiated a scope of services and fee for this work;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 with Mead and Hunt Inc. for public participation support, final design and construction administration services for the Paterson Street Operations Center not to exceed $778,000; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that amendments that do not exceed the Madison Water Utility's approved capital budget or the scope of the Design and Construction of the Paterson Street Operations Center project as authorized by the Common Council may be executed by the Water Utility General Manager and City...
