Fiscal Note

This Employment Agreement establishes an initial year's salary based on an annualized rate of $120,000 effective August 31, 2014. The Parks Division's 2014 Operating Budget includes $121,486 for the Parks Superintendent position. Annual salary adjustments may be made during the term of the agreement at the Mayor's discretion, subject to Common Council approval.

Body

WHEREAS, Mayor Soglin has appointed Eric M. Knepp to the position of Parks Superintendent and has recommended to the Common Council that  his appointment be confirmed; and

WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Knepp,

NOW THEREFORE, be resolved that Mr. Knepp's appointment to the position of Parks Superintendent is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and the City Clerk's office are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Knepp.
