Title
Re-approving the final plats of Ripp Addition to Linden Park and First Addition to Ripp Addition as the Hawk's Crossing subdivision on land located at 8839 and 8947 Ancient Oak Lane; 1st Ald. Dist.
 
Body
WHEREAS on January 7, 2014, the Common Council conditionally approved the preliminary plat of Ripp Addition to Linden Park on land addressed as 8839 and 8947 Ancient Oak Lane, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin by Resolution 14-00006 (ID 32130); and
 
WHEREAS on May 6, 2014, the Common Council conditionally approved the final plat of Ripp Addition to Linden Park by Resolution 14-00372 (ID 33465); and
 
WHEREAS on July 1, 2014, the Common Council conditionally approved the final plat of First Addition to Ripp Addition to Linden Park by Resolution 14-00532 (ID 34166); and
 
WHEREAS on June 27, 2014, the applicant for the subdivisions, Brandon J. Ripp, requested that the name of his subdivision be changed to "Hawk's Crossing";
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the final plats of Ripp Addition to Linden Park and First Addition to Ripp Addition to Linden Park are hereby re-approved as the Hawk's Crossing subdivision subject to all conditions as required by the reviewing City departments as required by Section 16.23 of the General Ordinances of the City of Madison, subject to the conditions noted in the Plan Commission files for the previously named final plats, and that same shall be recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Madison are hereby authorized to sign the plats, bond and subdivision contract, subsequent affidavits of corrections, parkland acquisition documents, easement or right-of-way release or procurement documents or any other related document or documents as deemed necessary by the Secretary of the Plan Commission in accordance with the approved plats. If found necessary by the City Engineer, in consultation with Planning Division staff, if wetland or environmental corridor boundaries need to be altered as a result of this subdivision, the Common Council recognizes and adopts the revised boundaries for any wetland or environmental corridor within the Central Service Area as it relates to this subdivision.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said plats are hereby added to the official map and the street grades for said plat on file in the City Engineer's Office are hereby approved.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Division is authorized to reflect the recorded subdivisions in the Comprehensive Plan and any applicable neighborhood plans.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all dedications included in these final plats or required as a condition of approval of same be and are hereby accepted by the City of Madison.
