Depending upon when the position is filled, there may be some additional expense for salary and fringe benefits incurred in 2014, but Metro Transit will manage its salary savings in 2014 to accommodate any additional expense within its current 2014 adopted budget. The full, annualized future addtional expense is an estimated $1,487 for salary expense plus $593 in fringe benefit costs, or a total of $2,080.
