I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Committee applications for mayoral appointments are attached. Statement of Interest forms are on file where applicable.
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION COMMISSION
TONYA THARPE (7th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Tharpe is an insurance agent with Group Health Cooperative. She previously served on this body from 2010-2012. Ms. Tharpe succeeds Ashok Bhargava.

GARVER FEED MILL CRITERIA AND SELECTION COMMITTEE

Per MGO 8.075(3)(d), the following citizen is appointed to the Garver Feed Mill Criteria and Selection Committee.
MAURICE C. SHEPPARD - citizen member. Mr. Sheppard is a Political Science instructor with Madison College and currently serves on the Plan Commission.
PERSONNEL BOARD
CHRISTIE HILL (14th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Qualified Elector. Ms. Hill is currently a realtor with First Weber. She previously served as the City's Civil Rights Coordinator, retiring in May 2012 after 11 years of service. Ms. Hill succeeds
